Meeting Minutes – September 21, 2011
Members Present:
Allan Clemons, Laura Fitzgerald-Kemmett, Bob Sears, John Kemmett, Patty Norton and new member Kenneth Lawson
Absent:
Dave Harris, Bill Strait & William Clay

Communications and Updates:
Meeting called to order at 7:07 p.m.
New material was handed out on the Ethics and Open Meeting Law.
Chair Report:
We welcomed our new member from the Planning Board, Kenneth Lawson,
and updated him on past items and what we are doing.
Laura has not seen the Cable piece on CPC that she did
Bill Clay is to give us an update on tri-fold brochures
John Kemmett updated us on signage-
He submitted the bill from Healey for the design
John is waiting for appointment with Board of Appeals
Expenditures and Balances in each CPC category
Laura & John will talk to Meg Lemay about the money totals and how we would like a complete year-to-date with totals for each CPC category. We only have expenditures and not sure if those are correct or taken from correct areas.
Laura will talk to Merry & Rene about the vacant administrative assistant regarding wage, hours, responsibilities and etc.
Patty wanted to know now that Phil is gone who has the correct application for funds for CPC? John Kemmett will speak to Becky and find out that information for the next meeting.
Allan stated the chimney's at the Bonney House need to be signed off on for payment by Laura. Allan, also, stated the clapboard has not yet been done since it is a small job and everyone is looking for larger jobs (we have 2 dormers on front, one at rear and the cheeks). He is looking into volunteers to help but because this is a 2nd story you need a specialized person. Allan has
shingles that were donated and needs volunteers to help with the lower levels.
